MeloVid.ai generates AI dance videos from your selections (style, scene, dancer) and/or photos and videos you upload. You must be at least 16 years old (under 16 requires parental consent).
By uploading photos, videos, audio or any content, you represent and warrant that:
(a) You own or have full legal rights to the content, including any music;
(b) You have obtained consent from every person appearing in the photo/video for the use of their likeness, including AI generation from their face;
(c) The content is not copied from other platforms (TikTok, YouTube, etc.) without the owner's permission;
(d) The content does not violate any law or third-party rights.
Do not upload or generate: content infringing copyright/trademarks; pornographic or sexually suggestive content; any sexualized content involving minors; violent, hateful or harassing content; deepfakes intended to impersonate, defame, defraud, or videos of another person without their consent; other people's personal data; content illegal in Vietnam or your jurisdiction.
You keep full ownership of your content. You grant MeloVid.ai a non-exclusive, limited license to store, process and display your content solely to operate the service (generating videos, showing them in your account). We do not sell or share your content with third parties for commercial purposes.
You may use generated videos for personal and commercial purposes, provided your source content complies with sections 2–3. AI output may be similar to other users' output; uniqueness is not guaranteed. Label videos as AI-generated where platforms require it.
We may remove infringing content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms (especially repeat copyright infringement) without refunding used credits. Unused credits are refundable per our support policy.
If you believe content on MeloVid.ai infringes your rights, email support@melovid.ai with: the content URL, proof of ownership, and your contact info. We act within 72 hours.
You are responsible for the content you upload and videos generated from it. If MeloVid.ai faces third-party claims caused by your content, you agree to indemnify us for resulting damages. The service is provided "as is"; we are not liable for indirect damages.
Source photos/videos are stored for processing and automatically deleted after 30 days. You may request deletion of your account and all data via support email.
These terms may be updated; material changes will be announced on the website. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
